Tariq Habash is a policy associate at The Century Foundation working on education policy in the foundation’s Washington, D.C. office. Tariq graduated with his Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Miami, and his Master’s in Higher Education Policy from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Prior to joining TCF, Tariq worked as the Policy Intern with Lumina Foundation, where he focused on federal higher education policies and financial aid models to support changing demographics within the American higher education system. His current research is focused on for-profit accountability and consumer protection within higher education.
