Disability
One in four people in the United States has a disability, yet disability policy is too often siloed, viewed as separate and apart from broader economic and social policymaking—and the disability community an afterthought, viewed as a community to check the box with at the end of the policy process rather than contemplate and center upfront. Instead, TCF fights for and with disabled people—both to bring a disability lens to economic policy making and ensure that disabled people are centered in all of our policy work.
