Daphne McCurdy is vice president for policy and advocacy at Pact, the international development nonprofit. She has more than fifteen years of experience working in the MIddle East and other regions on national security and international development. She has held positions at the State Department, USAID, and on Capitol Hill. She holds an MPA from Princeton University and a BA from Tufts University.
