Daphne McCurdy is a fellow at the Century Foundation and a nonresident senior associate with the Center for Strategic and International Studies. Previously, she oversaw stabilization assistance to Syria for the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). She has also worked on conflict and governance issues across the Middle East and Africa for the U.S. Department of State, the United Nations, and the Project on Middle East Democracy.
