English Learners
English learners (ELs) make up a large and growing share of our student body, yet they continue to be systematically underserved and marginalized in our nation’s schools. TCF pushes for policy reforms that both address the distinct needs of ELs, as well as recognize the many strengths and untapped potential that these students bring.
