Selim Can Sazak was a Middle East policy intern at The Century Foundation in 2015. Selim is a Fulbright scholar studying at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs. His interests are in security policy, arms control and nuclear nonproliferation, non-state political violence with a focus on the Middle East. He has previously worked as the assistant to the Secretary-General of Pugwash Conferences on Science and World Affairs, laureate of the 1995 Nobel Peace Prize and at NATO’s Defense Against Terrorism Center.
