Russ Ormiston is an associate professor in business and economics at Allegheny College, where he teaches courses in microeconomics, econometrics, and human resource management. He is also the president of the Institute for Construction Employment Research (ICERES), an independent network of researchers and academic scholars interested in construction labor issues.
