Rosybell is a consultant at Education First, where she leads and supports projects focused on strategic planning, multilingual learners, and postsecondary access and success. As a first-generation Dominican-American, she is passionate about advocating for education reform that centers the voices and experiences of those most impacted by systemic inequities.
