Preston Green is a professor of educational leadership and law in the Neag School of Education at the University of Connecticut. He has written five books and numerous articles and book chapters pertaining to educational law. His research primarily focuses on the legal and policy issues pertaining to educational access and school choice. He has a B.A. in Government from the University of Virginia. He also has a J.D. from Columbia University, and an Ed.D. from Columbia University, Teachers College.
