Monder Basalma is a peace-building expert focusing on decentralization, negotiations, and mediation. He facilitates trust-building meetings between state and nonstate actors. He has participated in numerous international roundtables related to Yemen. He holds a BSc in psychology from the Heinrich-Heine University and an MA in public policy from the Erfurt University.
