Khaled Mansour is an independent writer and consultant on issues of human rights, humanitarian aid, and development. He served for thirteen years in the United Nations including for Unicef, peacekeeping missions, and the World Food Programme. He also led the Egyptian Initiative for Personal Rights in 2014.
