Isaiah Frisbie was the senior graphic designer and production associate at The Century Foundation. He is a queer, Latinx poet and civic designer from Southern California. He earned his dual BA in literary arts and English nonfiction writing from Brown University and his MA in civic media from Emerson College. With experience in community organizing, nonprofit, and emergent identity spaces, namely within first-generation college, low-income, and queer centers, he is particularly invested in the intersections of writing, design justice, educational equity, and artistic activism. His work has appeared in Somos Latinx Literary Magazine, Folktales Literary Journal, and the Journal of Civic Media. He currently lives in Brooklyn, NY.
