Hailey Walsh is the creative manager at The Century Foundation, specializing in mission-driven, human-centered service design.

Prior to joining TCF, Hailey worked as the creative and design director at Cause Lab, an impact advertising agency committed to serving nonprofits and arts and culture organizations around the globe. There, Hailey worked to develop groundbreaking digital and out-of-home campaigns for esteemed organizations such as The Robin Hood Foundation, St. Ann’s Warehouse, Nonprofit New York, The Walk (with Little Amal), and Urban Health Plan, among others.

Hailey previously worked as a graphic designer during the 2022 Midterm Elections for The Pivot Group and as a freelance designer she collaborates with organizations and nonprofits such as Hot Bread Kitchen, Dancing Classrooms, and The Therapy Institute.

Before turning to design, Hailey served as the director of special events at Anderson Ranch Arts Center from 2014 to 2020. She earned her MFA in communications design from Pratt Institute and her BFA in studio art and printmaking from Colorado College.
