Girard Melancon has over twenty-five years of progressive workforce development experience, and is currently board chair of the National Skills Coalition, project director of the National Green Jobs Advisory Council (NGJAC) at the National Council for Workforce Education, and president/founder of Durango Works, an independent workforce development consultancy firm.
