Elisa Minoff is a Senior Policy Analyst at  the Center for the Study of Social Policy (CSSP), where she works to advance equitable policies that promote economic security and well-being for all families—especially those who are poorly served by our current public policies and systems. Prior to joining CSSP, Elisa worked as a consultant at the Georgetown Center on Poverty and Inequality and taught at the University of South Florida St. Petersburg. Earlier in her career, Elisa worked as a policy analyst at the Center for Law and Social Policy and staffed the Center for American Progress’s Task Force on Poverty. She holds a Ph.D. in history from Harvard University, and a bachelor’s degree from Princeton University.
