Christopher is a first-year graduate student at Carnegie Mellon’s Heinz School of Public Policy and Management. In particular, he is focused on housing policy and social policies more broadly. He currently works at the Allegheny County Department of Human Services, assisting on the program design and implementation for various homelessness services. Before moving to Pittsburgh, Christopher worked at a non-profit in the Bronx where he helped develop a number of supportive housing and other social service programs related to homelessness and housing. Before that, he served as an education volunteer in northern Madagascar with the Peace Corps. He also likes to ride bikes and explore the odd nooks and crannies of his city. He will join TCF as a labor policy scholar, working on a High Wage America project.
