Carole Learned-Miller is a second year doctoral student in the Ed.LD. program at the Harvard Graduate School of Education.  She started her career as a teacher and later worked as a principal and a central office administrator.  She also enjoyed training and coaching aspiring principals and teachers.  Carole is involved in research and writing related to the development of exceptional teachers and principals as well as the creation of equitable, integrated and enriching schools for children. Carole received a BA in Education and Psychology from Smith College and a M.Ed. in Educational Administration from Boston College.
