In recognition of Black Breastfeeding Week 2025, panelists explored the evolution of infant feeding and lactation policy. We traced policy growth over time, examined the current federal and state landscape, and discussed how advocates can navigate ongoing challenges, from strengthening workplace lactation policies to fostering vital mutual aid networks that address gaps in federal support.
